Why I built this
I’ve spent years studying psychology, philosophy, exercise, nutrition, sleep, and the science of well-being — but more importantly, I’ve lived it.
I know what it’s like to be anxious, depressed, out of control, overweight, out of shape, stuck in substances and video games… and most scarily, to fear I’d never take back control and make something of my life.
Through a decade of putting everything into unfucking and then “optimizing” my life, I’ve built a life I’m genuinely proud of with real confidence, lasting happiness, thriving health, strong social networks, a medication-free mind, and a body that makes me smile in the mirror.
