The Philosophy.
As biological beings, it’s intuitive that if we don’t take proper care of our bodies, our mental lives will suffer. The problem is, society makes that harder than ever: long work hours, addictive technology, poor food access, and unwalkable cities all push us into habits that work against our biology and psychology. Even for those who want to change, a lack of guidance and an oversaturation of misleading advertising make it almost impossible to design a functional plan without gaps.
Feeling anxious, restless, unmotivated, ashamed, or stuck in cycles you can’t seem to break is part of being human—but it doesn’t have to define your life.
The mainstream mental health industry isn’t solving the problem. As the crisis worsens, their main prescription has been pathologizing normal struggles and handing out pills. Antidepressants (like SSRIs) come with side effects, high relapse rates, and results that don’t match the promises. The truth is, real change in how you think and feel requires real change in how you live.
For many, the issue isn’t a lack of desire to improve — it’s the absence of a system. Most don’t have the time or expertise to research, design, and implement a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to well-being.
This is where I come in. At Eudaimonic, I’ve built the Mind–Body Transformation System — a research-backed, non-clinical method that integrates the five pillars of well-being: movement, fuel, rest, connection, and growth. Instead of chasing hacks or half-measures, you get a structured path that makes confidence, clarity, discipline, and resilience inevitable.
My mission is simple: to support your pursuit of eudaimonia — Aristotle’s word for a life of flourishing — by helping you take back control of how you feel and build a life you’re genuinely proud of.

“Working with Jeremy was a privilege. He offered high-performance capabilities while still being able to provide changes as needed for areas where I have been injured or am not as strong. He was incredibly professional and easily accessed throughout the experience as well.”
Tomas

I’m seeing real results, staying motivated, and actually enjoying the process. I feel challenged in all the right ways!”

“Eudaimonic is perfectly suited to my busy schedule and goals, and I saw results after just a couple weeks of following my program consistently. I now feel healthier and stronger, and the pain in my knee and hand has dramatically reduced. I would recommend Jeremy for anyone looking to improve their physical health while maintaining a busy, active lifestyle.”
ABOUT ME
I’m Jeremy Jacobson — NASM-certified personal trainer, certified nutrition coach, and founder of Eudaimonic. My approach is different from what you’ll find with other coaches: I pair years of training and nutrition experience with degrees in Psychological & Brain Sciences and Philosophy, along with research expertise on the building blocks of human flourishing.
I specialize in helping young men who feel out of control of how they feel — anxious, inconsistent, stuck — take back ownership of their minds and bodies. Most people start working out because they want to feel better: the post-workout clarity, the confidence of getting stronger, the structure, the ability to enjoy activities, or simply liking their reflection in the mirror. But real change doesn’t come from workouts alone — it comes from aligning all the levers that drive well-being.
That’s why I created the Mind–Body Transformation System: a structured, research-backed coaching method that integrates fitness, nutrition, recovery, lifestyle habits, and science-backed “biohacks” into one system that makes confidence, discipline, and energy inevitable.
My passion for this work comes from lived experience. As a teenager, training became my way out of PTSD, depression, anxiety, substance use, and video game addiction. Exercise was the start of my journey to clarity and confidence, helping me get off medications and build the habits that made lasting growth possible. Since then, I’ve dedicated my life to understanding well-being and building systems that create it.
Now, I help young men follow this path without the avoidable mistakes — moving from anxious and stuck to strong, disciplined, and energized. My philosophy blends the best of modern science and ancient wisdom: from research showing that exercise can outperform antidepressants, to Aristotle’s vision of Eudaimonia (flourshing) built through habits & virtues, to Socrates’ challenge that no man should grow old without seeing the strength and beauty his body is capable of.
